HCM Functional consultant

Position Summary

HCM Functional Consultant

We are looking for HCM Functional Consultant who has 5+ years of implementation experience in EBS HRMS, PeopleSoft HCM, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Fusion HCM, with at least one full life cycle implementation project in Fusion HCM.

 

What you will do

Assist and/or lead clients in fully integrating the E-Business system into their current business environments / enable updated business processes / provide input on best practices / lessons learned from prior implementations / upgrades, and advise the business on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems. 

Qualifications Required:

· 2+ years of Implementation experience in any 3 of the following modules:

o Fusion Global HR

o Fusion Absence Management

o Fusion Payroll (Experience with North American Implementation and Payroll Batch Loader)

o Fusion Benefits

o Fusion Compensation

o Fusion Talent Management, Talent Review, Goal Management and Performance Management Module

o Oracle HCM Talent - Learning Module

· Excellent written and oral communication skills 

· Experience in writing functional specifications /future business process document /configuration workbooks/Training manuals 

· Upgrade and Implementation experience, with a minimum of 1-2 full life cycle implementations

Education/Training Required:

· BE/B.Tech/MCA

Preferred:

· Certified in any fusion HCM Modules

· Ability to work on all project phases 

· Good ability to build Query and understanding core tables / dependencies within their stream of work 

· Good understanding of setup tables, processes and reporting 

· Prior implementation experience with North American Clients

· Preference will be given to immediate joiners and/or candidates with less notice period 

Environmental considerations Required: 

· Flexible to travel (30% and/or as required)

· Flexible with working hours/structure as indicative of project/client assignment(s)
